Returns and Refunds Policy
Last Updated in October 2022. This policy is effective immediately for users registering accounts on or after October 2022.
If you’re looking to return your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within a 30 day window of receiving your order. You will have to request return within 14 days of receipt of the item and arrange to return the same to the seller's address within 14 days from data of return request. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at [email protected] from your registered email address with your order ID, details of items that you wish to return and reason for return
- Send all items back to the seller’s address from which the items were shipped to you
Our terms:
- The money shall be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days upon inspection of the items received by the seller and on confirmation that they are found in good condition
- Shipping fees for the return will have to be paid by the customer
- Returns that are damaged or misplaced will not be eligible for a refund
