You can't compare going to a butcher's shop and buying from other outlets. The care, the interest, the knowledge and the insights offered by someone who knows their trade is invaluable. Steak sausages a revelation and steaks were excellent. Bought meat for a roast dinner for Easter Sunday. Looking forward to cooking it. Prices were very reasonable. We'll worth a visit.
