Holywood Pilates was established in 2010 by Dr Lorraine Maxwell (DPhil) who has 20 years clinical Physiotherapy experience as well as being a fully certified Pilates instructor through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).

?We are based at Sullivan Place in Holywood. We moved to these premises in 2019 enabling us to deliver a broader range of services to the local community. 

We specialise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and exercise prescription. All of our Chartered Physiotherapists are members of The Health and Care Professions Council, The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and have worked for many years within the NHS.  We pride ourselves on providing safe, effective and evidence based care to all of our clients.  

We currently have two Chartered Physiotherapists working at the clinic.
